Keep in mind that you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered the products.
The customer is always responsible for costs related to return shipment.

 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the distance contract. The withdrawal period will begin on the day you receive your order or substantial part of it. The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are in a substantially unchanged condition. As a customer you have the right to investigate the product, but you may not break the seals or try the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for both the return cost and the delivery of the goods. Always contact the customer service by e-mail before returning a product and make sure the package is traceable.

Right of withdrawal is not applicable to companies. In the event of a valid complaint or cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.
